After the confirmation that Scarlett Johansson is in very advanced negotiations for the leading role, another update arrives on the cast of the new chapter of the Jurassic World saga. According to what was reported by the well-known insider Daniel Richtman, Dev Patel - fresh from the excellent success of his first directorial work Monkey Man - would also be in negotiations for cast to appear as a new sequel to the franchise created by the brilliant mind of Steven Spielberg.

The details of the plot of Jurassic World 4 have not yet been disclosed, but according to the first rumors, the film will start a new trilogy which will distance itself - from a narrative point of view - from the one which saw Chris Pratt as protagonist and Bryce Dallas Howard. Gareth Edwards will direct, while the screenplay - now in its final stages - is written by David Koepp, screenwriter of the very recent Indiana Jones and the Quadrant of Destiny. Filming is already scheduled to begin on July 31st. The film is scheduled to be released in theaters in the summer of 2025. Steven Spielberg will serve as executive producer through his production company Amblin Entertainment.
